Comic Censorship

A pretty decent (anytime they dont use pow or bam in an article title on comics I am happy) CNN article about the 1950's comic censorship. It mostly talks about the crackdown on the industry but the interviewed author seems to know his stuff. I'll probably pick up the book to check it out. Click the link below to see it for yourself.

Here is another interesting article on how comics are viewed around the world. I find it fascinating that these is such a universal theme and accepted yet not many people truly exploit it to that level.

Article on the new variations on Classics Illustrated comic books. Or you can check out the original Classics Illustrated for yourself. This was the first place I discovered The Last of the Mohicans and loved it.
